Not sure if you are ready for retirement?
Have you thought about retirement but are not sure if you are ready to take the leap? Our Retirement Readiness Assessment can provide you with a view into how ready you are in 6 areas of your life that help build a successful transition into your unique retirement. The RQ assessment is a 56 question, on-line tool that will provide you with valuable information on where you are today and what you can do to improve in each key area. Each assessment, includes a 1 hour coaching session with one of our coaches to review the report and talk about how you can use the information.

What might a "millennial" possibly know about retirement? It's actually my distance from it, that allows me to help those I coach view it with a fresh perspective, with curiosity as opposed to judgment or pre-conceived notions of what it should or shouldn't be. The thing is, as your coach, I don't have your answers, but I will guide you so that you uncover them for yourself. It's better that way - I promise! Just like careers, retirement journeys are incredibly personal, and unique and take time to unfold. I am an Associate Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation and WELL Accredited Professional which focuses on well-being in the workplace.
