Our Story
At Goldinage, we believe in the power of wisdom-work, where experience and innovation come together across generations. Founded by Ashley, who was inspired by her mother Teri’s values of respecting and honoring older adults, our journey began with a deep-rooted passion for making a meaningful impact.

Teri, a retired school teacher, instilled in Ashley the belief that one should never let the lack of approval or permission from others hold them back. After retiring, Teri embraced a new chapter as a published author and now serves as our Events Manager, bringing her dedication and creativity to every gathering.

Andrea, our Chief Operating Officer and Lead Coach, first connected with Goldinage as a client. After a long career as an HR Executive and Leadership Coach, Andrea found herself looking for a new path as she considered retirement. Though her journey working with us she became an Associate Certified Coach and discovered her second act and is now in the process of becoming a Certified Professional Retirement Coach, helping others navigate their transitions alongside Ashley.
